Some PS5 games may not carry PS4 save data for cross-gen titles

With the announcement of the PS5, Sony stated that PS4 games are backward compatible with the PS5, in which your Saves will carry over. But if you get a current-gen game, and receive a free upgrade to the next-gen, such as Yakuza: Like A Dragon, your save data will not be carried over.
