Redmi Note 10 series is here, and it brings a slew of upgrades along with crazy good features! The company has decided to take off the shroud from some of the device’s specs before it’s official launch.
As per the custom, Xiaomi has set-up a dedicated page at Amazon and Mi.com, revealing some details about the internals.
First of all, the great news for all of you custom ROM enthusiasts, the device is going to have a Qualcomm chipset, so you can expect fast-paced development! Also, it has been mentioned that the device will feature a new design and will actually be lighter than its predecessors, which is a great idea since most of the new phones coming out nowadays are chonky boiz.
The main highlight of this phone is going to be its large battery and great performance, but we don’t know if it will AMOLED or LCD, but given Xiaomi’s recent tweet-deleting fiasco, we think it is going to be a 120Hz LCD panel; yep, no AMOLED for lower-end devices even in 2021.
The device is touted to have a punch-hole selfie camera, IP52 water resistance rating and Gorilla Glass protection. Also it might feature Quick Charge functionality as well ( Who even charges at 10W nowadays? )
As per the rumours, the device will have 4G and 5G models, with the 4G model having a SD732G and the 5G one might be a MediaTek model ( Ehhhhhh, why Xiaomi? ). The top-end variant in the Redmi Note 10 series is also said to sport a 108MP primary camera on the back. One phone is expected to be priced around Rs 15,000 while the other at Rs 20,000.
