The Xiaomi Mi Band series is one of the most popular fitness/smart bands available today. And it looks like a truly worthy successor to the extremely popular Mi Band 4 might be on its way!
This leak has come into highlight from the recent BIS certification for a band by Xiaomi. The registration has been done for the model number XMSH15HM, as spotted by noted tipster Mukul Sharma. Additionally the device has been certified in other countries as well, such as Indonesia. This makes the launch for the device even more imminent.
Although much wasn’t leaked by these certifications, we still know a great deal about the upcoming features! The Mi Band 6 will have:
- SpO2 sensor (Yes, finally)
- Built in GPS
- A larger display (As usual)
- Alexa Support
- 30 Activity modes
- Full support for replying in WhatsApp and Telegram messages
These are exactly what we all have been asking for since so long! If these features actually make it to the release version, there’s no doubt that this band will sell like crazy! Especially if somehow Xiaomi manages to keep it near the 25$ price tag.
Also, the new activity modes are set to include Dance, Zumba, cricket, basketball, and kickboxing. Fancy stuff, but absolutely worth it!
