Realme has made a laptop, but the Apple MacBook way!

Realme has been working on the Realme Book for a while, and we previously discussed how the device’s existence was disclosed. The Realme Book’s specifications and drawings are now available!

The Realme Book will be an ultra-light laptop, according to renders and specifications revealed by Stever h.McFly via OnLeaks. It is heavily inspired by Apple’s MacBook designs. And it’s so similar to a MacBook that it appears to be one at first glance.

Display and Dimensions

The 14-inch LED display on the Realme Book is rumoured to have an FHD resolution. The display also boasts an anti-glare coating and a 3:2 aspect ratio, which helps to retain the viewing experience outside and in well-lit interiors.

The dimensions of the laptop are 307 mm (length) x 229 mm (width) x 16 mm (thickness). The actual weight isn’t given, although the report suggests it’s under 1.5kg. It’s also worth noting that the body might be made of aluminium rather than plastic.

The Laptop’s Heart

The laptop’s internals are believed to be powered by 11th generation Intel Core i3 and i5 CPUs, with numerous RAM and storage combinations available. The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and will be eligible for the Windows 11 upgrade.

Connectivity and Pricing

When it comes to I/O, Realme has taken a page from Apple’s book and included only the absolute minimum of ports. On the right side, there is only a single USB-A port and a headphone jack, whereas on the opposite side, there are two USB-C connectors.

The base edition of the Realme Book is expected to cost around 40,000INR ($535/€450) and will be available in India next month. Are you interested in purchasing this Realme MacBook clone? Do you favour well-known manufacturers such as HP and Dell? Please let us know in the comments section below!
